Emails and unsubscribing

Weekly report, setup tips, and how to turn them off.

Last updated October 7, 2026

Weekly report

  • Sent every Monday (in your website’s time zone), one per website.
  • Goes to the owners and admins of the account.
  • Shows the articles published, clicks and impressions from Google, and what comes next. Search numbers appear only when Search Console is connected — otherwise the report says so instead of showing zeros.

Setup tips

  • Up to five short emails on days 0, 1, 3, 7 and 14 after you add a website.
  • Each one names the next missing step: website analysis, publishing connection, keywords, approval, Google.
  • When nothing is missing, no email is sent. After three weeks they stop on their own.

Unsubscribe

  1. From the email

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. A page opens with one Unsubscribe button — no sign-in needed. It turns off that kind of email for that website.

  2. Or in the settings

In Autopilot → Settings → Website, turn off Weekly email report or Setup tips by email. You can turn them back on there at any time.

Opening the link alone changes nothing — you have to click the button. That way link scanners in company mail systems cannot unsubscribe you by accident.

Emails about your account itself — confirming your address or resetting your password — are sent only when you trigger them.

Questions

Does unsubscribing from the weekly report stop the autopilot?

No. It only stops the email. Articles are still written and published as before.

Can team members who are not admins get the report?

Not at the moment. The report goes to the owners and admins of the account.
