Your customer

They showed up two hours late and didn’t call. The repair itself was fine, but nobody apologized and the bill was higher than the quote.

Response from the owner

Your reply appears here — short, calm and ready to paste into Google.

Before you post

  • Reply within 24–48 hours — a fast reply shows you care.
  • Never share the customer’s personal details or job specifics in public.
  • For a bad review: apologize, then take it offline. Offer to call — don’t argue.
  • Read it out loud once before you post. Calm beats clever.
How it works

Three steps. Two minutes.

  1. Paste the review

Copy the review from Google and paste it in. Pick the star rating it came with.

  2. Pick a tone

Professional, friendly or apologetic. The reply thanks the customer, stays calm and offers to talk it through.

  3. Read, tweak, post

Read it once, change what doesn’t sound like you, and post it on Google within a day or two.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

How should I respond to a negative Google review?

Reply within a day or two, thank them, apologize for the experience without admitting legal fault, and offer to talk it through directly. Keep it short and never argue in public — other customers read your reply more than the review.

Should I reply to positive reviews too?

Yes. A short, personal thank-you shows future customers you care, and Google treats an active profile as a sign of a real, engaged business.

Can I mention a discount or my phone number?

Leave discounts and links out — they read like spam and Google may hide the reply. Offering to call is fine; add your number yourself if you want it in there.

Is the review text stored?

No. The review you paste is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude if Gemini is unavailable) only to write the reply, and is not saved by us.

Replying to reviews is step one. Getting found is step two.
