Pause
Under Plan & billing you can pause for 1 to 3 months. The pause starts at the end of the period you already paid for — until then everything keeps running — and nothing is charged during the pause. You can cancel a scheduled pause at any time.
Switch plan
Choose a new plan under Plan & billing. Before you confirm, you see exactly what is charged today: upgrades are charged pro rata, downgrades are credited on the next invoice. Your next invoice and any discount are shown on the same page.
Cancel, refund and one-time purchases
Cancelling ends your plan at the end of the paid period; until then everything keeps running and you can take it back. Within 7 days of your first payment you can ask for your money back under Plan & billing. Published articles stay on your website.
One-time purchases (for example the year-long topic list, directory listings or a website) are delivered in full even if your plan ends, and are not part of a plan refund. Receipts for them are listed under Invoices.
Invoices and receipts
All invoices and receipts are listed under Plan & billing → Invoices with a PDF link. A refunded invoice is marked as refunded. Your company name and address from Settings → Company details appear on new invoices, and sales tax is calculated from your business address where it applies.
