These terms are the agreement between you and DM UnterkunftNRW GmbH ("StrideRank", "we") for using StrideRank. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
StrideRank researches keywords, writes articles and publishes them on the website you connect, according to the plan you choose. You can switch on review mode to approve each article before it is published.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use StrideRank for a business.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Only connect websites and profiles you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
Articles created for you belong to you. They stay on your website if you cancel, and you can export them at any time. You are responsible for what is published on your website, including any article you approve or leave on autopilot. We check facts and quality, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is error-free — review mode is there if you want to check before publishing.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
- No attempts to manipulate search engines through spam, link schemes or cloaking.
- No reselling of the service without an agency agreement.
Billing, trial and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid plan, write to us and we refund that payment in full.
No guaranteed rankings
Search rankings depend on Google and on many factors outside our control. We do not promise specific positions, traffic or revenue.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
