Leads: requests from your articles

Every request from an article form or calculator lands under Leads — with the article it came from.

Where leads come from

Every article we publish ends with a short request form: name, phone or email (one is enough), the service, ZIP code and a message. Requests from your calculators arrive here too. Each lead shows the article it came from, and the account owner gets an email.

Working with leads

  • Open a lead to call or email the customer, then Mark as contacted.
  • Add an internal note — only your team sees it.
  • Archive hides a lead from the list; the filter “Archived” shows it again.
  • Delete removes it permanently after you confirm.

Getting more requests

Make sure your phone number is in your business details — it appears in the contact card next to each article and in the request form. A price calculator on your website (add-on) lets visitors work out a rough price themselves and sends their details to you as a lead. Requests arrive by email and in the app, so nothing gets lost when you are on the road.

Your customers’ data

Leads belong to your account only — nobody outside your team sees them. The form only asks what you need to call back. Delete leads you no longer need; deleted leads cannot be restored, so archive them if you might need them later.

Questions

Can I export leads?

Yes, through the read-only API (Settings → API keys), endpoint /api/v1/leads.
