Automatic SEO articles for WordPress

WordPress already has everything a blog needs, which is why so many service business sites run on it and still have no posts. StrideRank connects through the official WordPress REST API with an application password — a separate key you create in your user profile, not your login password — and publishes each finished article as a regular post. You choose whether articles go live immediately or arrive as drafts, which categories they belong to and which author they appear under.

What gets set on each post

Title, slug, the article body as clean HTML, a featured image uploaded to your media library with alt text, the categories you picked and the author you chose. The meta description goes into the post excerpt, which themes display and which SEO plugins such as Yoast and Rank Math use as a fallback description.

What we deliberately do not touch

SEO plugin fields are not written directly, because those plugins do not reliably accept them through the REST API. Structured data is not inserted into the post either: WordPress strips script tags for most users, so it would be lost silently. If you need JSON-LD on every article, the webhook connection delivers it.

Connecting takes one key

Create an application password under Users, Profile in your WordPress admin, paste it into StrideRank together with your username and site address, and run the connection test. It checks that the account is allowed to publish before the first article is sent.

Common questions

Can articles arrive as drafts?
Yes. Set the connection to draft and every article lands in WordPress unpublished, so you can publish it yourself.
Which WordPress versions work?
Any site with the REST API and application passwords, which WordPress includes from version 5.6 on. Security plugins or hosting that block the REST API have to allow it.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Delete the application password in WordPress and the connection stops working immediately; your login is never shared.
