Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This policy explains what StrideRank collects when you visit this website or use the service, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

StrideRank is operated by DM UnterkunftNRW GmbH. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@striderank.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Account data: your name, email address, business name and password (stored only as a secure hash). We need it to run your account.
  • Your website: the public pages of the website you connect, so we can learn your services, location and tone and write articles that fit.
  • Connection credentials: the access you grant to your website platform (for example a WordPress application password). They are stored encrypted and used only to publish and update the articles you asked for.
  • Search Console and Business Profile data: only if you connect them, and only to show you how your articles perform and to post on your behalf.
  • Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage and logs: technical logs needed to keep the service secure and to fix errors.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your data or your articles to advertise to you on other sites.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, email delivery, payments and AI text generation. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide the service.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices. Articles already published on your website stay there — they are yours.

Your choices and rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@striderank.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests the same way.

Cookies

Cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure are always on. Analytics (Google Analytics and Contentsquare) run only if you agree in the cookie banner; they help us understand which pages are useful. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
